Stepping up the rudder of the fore bridge you can find circular shape structure with 35cm steel plank called fore-cunning tower. This Cunning tower is to minimize the damage by shell blasts and used as the battle station for Commanding Officer and Navigation officer to maintain capability of ship handling and to command the battle. A compass, steering wheel, telegraph, and so on was installed in this room.
